I've never heard of Invitation Homes and decided to Google them. I saw a house around the corner from where I currently reside with the for rent sign and this company. The house is definitely in a nice area and everything you need is near by; e-ways, shopping centers, a popular mall, the zoo and a local K-8 school and high school.

So apparently, we are supposed to send all of our guest to a hotel so that they have a place to park. Thier stars speak loud and clear, if I had only saw the reviews before renting. We intend to invitation homes is collateralized debt which costs.
When I moved out, they emailed me a move out statement that was incorrect, so I email back letting them know. Time went by, and I emailed them again to f/u. I received another email stating that I would receive a corrected statement. So instead of issuing a corrected statement, they sent me to collections right in the middle of my process of purchasing a house. The least this company could do as a landlord is credit back the last month's rent for which we've not even been able to live here with the 80 degree temperatures indoors. Where do I start with this so called property management company-if i could give a zero star and still give a review that is what I would rate them. I should have known when it took email after email and many phone calls to get lease accurate before even signing anything. They lack sense of urgency and are not empathic about anything. We have had continual refrigerator issues in the short 5 months we have been in the house.
